Existing Two Day ticket holders: Your original purchase will be valid for the new date and you will receive updated tickets from our ticketing partner Platinumlist Tickets. You will also receive a partial refund due to price adjustment, as the original two-day event will now be a one day event.

- This ticket admits one person.
- The organizer shall not be liable or responsible for the following:
- Loss of any personal belongings
- Personal injuries sustained prior, during and after the event
- Loss or damage on tickets sold
- Tickets must be presented to gain entrance on the festival days.
- Kids under 6 years – Free
- Individuals under the age of 18years must be accompanied by an adult, otherwise entry to the festival will be denied.
- The Event Organiser reserves the right to request for ID verification before entry to the event.
- Ticket price includes free access to performing stages, markets, kids activations and F&B areas.
- Tickets must be presented either on your smartphone or a printout to gain entry to the festival venue on the event days.
- Each ticket has a unique scannable code and admits one.
- Wristbands MUST be worn securely on wrist for entry into the Event and cannot be slipped on and off.
- Wristbands are NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
- Wristbands cannot be removed, stretched or tampered with in any way or entry will be denied.
- The resale of tickets is strictly prohibited.
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

- Right of admission is reserved.
- Personal cameras and recording devices for personal use are generally allowed at the festival. However, professional audio or video recording equipment may require prior authorization. Please respect the artist’s rights and abide by the photography rules.
